RICHMOND -- Over 150 athletes showed out at the VTO combine in Richmond last weekend, including a good number of Maryland and D.C. stars. Good Counsel five-star Stefon Diggs and Potomac speedster Ronald Darby headlined the crop, but there were numerous others who were eager to strut their stuff.
