Southridge (Miami, Fla.) safety Jamal Carter has already grabbed offers from a number of major college football programs and last week he added an offer from West Virginia.

Carter, 6-foot-1, 175-pounds, had already collected offers from Miami (Fla.), Florida, Florida State, South Florida, Vanderbilt and Louisville, along with interest from major college football programs across the country, but the offer from the Mountaineers was exciting for the talented safety.
