BS on this crap i keep hearing from all you wan-a-be football coaches that sit on your @$$ all day and complain....I think you guys need to see the reality of the situation.... anyone here who knows football or has played football knows that you cant win unless you have a good or great OL and DL....Sherman came in with crap for an OL and didn't have the chance or opportunity to recruit until his first full year and look what he brought in...one of the top OL classes this team has ever had...BUT GUESS WHAT....they are still TRUE FRESHMEN!!! you dumb asses......they are just 18 year old kids...and they are still trying to find the right guys to play in the 3/4 DL...and now they have a coach that can recruit for that area....You guys make me sick.... you all want instant results because you see some other coach doing it at a school that sucked too at one time...well did you ever think that maybe A&M sucked more and that Coach Fran really did F this up way worse than most of you might have thought?!?....Sherman came in with nothing to work with..no OL and no depth on OL....no DL and no depth on DL...crap for LBs and absolutely no depth at LB...and on and on and on....and for some reason this team is suppose to win now!!! Because they have the great and mighty Johnson as the QB and the great WR Fuller....give me a break...did you ever think that maybe the teams that you are comparing the Aggies too might have actually have had talent but zip for coaching....You all need to stop drinking the cool aid that Aggie Yell and the other sites keep feeding you about how much talent this team has and how the aggies need to win now or else....
Lets be real hear....the OL needs to mature and get better over time and they will by time they are SO and Jr....and the depth needs to be there as well...and the DL needs to get way bigger and they are bringing in the right guys for that too....then you will see the results....but to expect a team that had nothing 3 years ago to all of a sudden win the BIG 12 south is a bit unrealistic to me....and Sherman has only be able to really work with this team for 2 years and has only been recruiting for 2 years.....so lets give him a break and sit back and enjoy the process..
We finally have the right coaches on Def. and getting the good coaches on the off...(ie new WR coach) and i think these guys can recruit....so give it a chance you will see results, it just doesn't happen overnight in college....
