Vegas Adidas Spring Classic - Part III

BruinBlitz.com saw several very good sophomores in Las Vegas late last month and will describe some of the best ones in part three.

1. Shabazz Muhammad (6-6) Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman:

Muhammad is one of the top rated players in the 2012 class. He is a very versatile wing who will shoot over smaller defenders and go around taller players and dunk the rock. He scored 30 points in his first game Friday night and took his team to the semi-finals of the Vegas spring tournament two weeks ago. Muhammad is a still growing, all around player who is great in all aspects of the game. He is the top ranked player in his class in some national publications. He is being recruited by all the best college programs and has offers from most of them, including UCLA. When BruinBlitz.com talked to him at the Nike Extravaganza last February he told us that "I love UCLA".

Muhammad is fierce around the hoop and can also shoot out to the 3 point line. He is a smart, tough player with lots of upside and will be heavily recruited through this coming year.
