One of the nation's top offensive linemen spent the weekend in Columbus in Lemont (Ill.) four-star tackle Ethan Pocic. The 6-foot-7, 285-pound prospect holds well over 20 scholarship offers from many of the nation's top programs. Recently Pocic trimmed his list to 11 schools with the Buckeyes making the cut. The big tackle said he enjoyed his weekend unofficial visit to Ohio State.

"I had a great visit at Ohio State," said Pocic. Meeting with all the coaches was great. Practice was great, it was very intense."

The visit gave Pocic a chance to watch Saturday's spring practice, which just so happened to be the first Ohio State spring practice in full pads. He also enjoyed getting a chance to interact with several members of the Ohio State coaching staff.

"(My favorite part of the visit) was practice and meeting with the coaches," he said. "I talked with coach (Ed) Warinner, coach (Kirk) Barton, and I spent a lot of time with coach (Urban) Meyer."

Pocic added that as of now, he doesn't know of any more visits in the near future. Pocic is the No. 27 ranked player in the nation by Rivals.com and also the No. 3 ranked offensive tackle in the class of 2013.
