It's Easter weekend but don't tell that to the Ohio State football coaching staff. After a big recruiting weekend last week that netted two verbal commitments, the Buckeyes will host a handful of top prospects again on Saturday. The unofficial visits will be in conjunction with Saturday's spring practice and the list, while not overly long, is packed with star power.

Two of the nation's top wide receivers are expected in Columbus on Saturday morning in four-star prospects Laquon Treadwell out of Crete (Ill.) Monee and Robert Foster out of Monaca (Pa.) Central Valley. Treadwell has been tentatively scheduled to make trips to Columbus in the past but has had a few scheduling conflicts come up. The 6-foot-3, 183-pound prospect is the No. 31 overall player in the nation and holds approximately 20 verbal offers, including one from the Buckeyes.

For Foster, this will be his second unofficial visit to Columbus this off-season after attending a junior day during the winter. Foster is ranked the No. 26 player in the nation by Rivals.com and is one of the most heavily recruited prospects in the nation. The 6-foot-3, 170-pound prospect maintains that his recruitment is wide open and that he would like to announce next winter at the Under Armour All-American Game. While there is a lot of time left in this recruitment, Ohio State is right in the mix and will be looking to strengthen its position with Foster this weekend.

In the class of 2014, Jackson (Ohio) tight end/defensive end Jacob Betschel will also be on campus on Saturday morning. Betschel has been to Ohio State in the past and plans to camp with the Buckeyes over the summer. The 6-foot-4, 215-pound prospect is coming off an injury-shortened sophomore season in which he recorded 33 tackles.

The line of impressive wide receiver prospects doesn't stop on Saturday and in fact will continue into Monday when Cleveland Heights (Ohio) teammates Shelton Gibson and De'Niro Laster are both expected to be in Columbus to watch practice. Gibson, a four-star prospect, holds an Ohio State verbal offer and is expected to announce his college decision on June 20th. Ohio State is thought to be in excellent shape for Gibson who has listed a top two of the Buckeyes and Auburn.

Laster, a three-star prospect, holds a handful of verbal offers at the moment and has been to Ohio State several times during the last year. At 6-foot-3, 220-pounds, Laster has the ability to play wide receiver but could also be looked at as a tight end that can split out wide to create mismatches.

As always, stay tuned to BuckeyeGrove.com for updates throughout the weekend on these visitors and all other Ohio State recruiting news.
