Aggies topple Auburn, 87-58, for first road win

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) -- With 21 points and four assists, Acie Law IV helped No. 13 Texas A&M to a crushing 87-58 win over Auburn Friday night.
The lead changed hands five times in the first few minutes, but the Aggies took the lead with 18:20 left in the first half and never gave it up again, shooting 57.1 percent from the floor.

Aside from Law, the game's top scorer, Texas A&M had four other double digit scorers. Josh Carter had 12 points, Marlon Pompey had 11 and Dominique Kirk and Donald Sloan chipped in with 10 points each.
The Tigers shot only 33.3 percent from the floor. Quan Prowell led the Tigers with 20 points. Josh Dollard was the only other Auburn player to hit double digits, with 12 points and seven rebounds.
